Bookings

Through the implementation of this system we anticipate that Numac will be able to provide our clients with a reliable and efficient service into the future. We understand the constraints and variables that all our clients are working under, and we will continue to mould the system so that it works fairly for everyone.

Procedure:

• Contact Numac office on +61-3-9399-8559 to confirm availability & request quote.
• Complete all details on "Job Booking Details form" and forward to Numac office on +61-3-9399-8554 via Fax or Email contact@numacdrilling.com.au
• Fax or mail copy of Bore Construction License prior to day of works (drilling will not commence if BCL has not been sighted, this is a directive of Southern Rural Water).
• Numac will confirm bookings by telephone 7 working days prior to job. If you cannot confirm the booking at this time Numac Drilling reserves the right to cancel the booking.
• Once bookings are confirmed cancellation fees will apply. The cancellation fee will consist of 8 hours of standby per day cancelled.
• Please keep in mind that each rig is quite specialised, thus swapping sites is not always possible despite time having been allocated. The rig allocated to the original booking may not be suited to the works required on another site.

The form can be printed and then completed by hand, though we prefer you to complete it on your computer (to aviod unessesary waste), and email it straight back to contact@numacdrilling.com.au Many of the questions have drop down menus that can be completed quickly. You can use the “view” and then “comments” commands to remove the instructions to the side of the page.
